Acharya Movie Review: The Telugu film industry is anticipating the release of a significant film, which has garnered widespread enthusiasm. Chiranjeevi, Acharya, and Ramcharan have never shared a full-length screen before. Film fans went insane today, April 29th, 2022, as both actors made their big screen debuts. As a result, the picture has gotten overwhelmingly good reviews from critics worldwide. In this review, we’ll discuss what occurred in this film and whether or not it’s worth seeing.
Story
Siddha spent his formative years at a Gurukulam in the city of Dharmastali, where he was taught several ideals and rituals. Siddha will always be present for the Dharmastali people. Siddha is devoted to Dharma and is ever there for the Dharmastali people, whom he adores. Siddha has a thing for Neelambari, but that is not all (Pooja Hegde). Siddha intervened once to prevent a terrible individual from annihilating the Dharmastali village. The villagers began to suffer after Siddha departed Dharmastali with the wicked individual, and Acharya entered the field to save them. After all, what became of Siddha? They were somehow connected. All of these are valid questions that can only be addressed after witnessing the film.

Movie Verdict
Chiranjeevi and Ramcharan both make their living as actors. These two characters debut as full-fledged protagonists for the first time in the show’s history. They are the primary selling point of the picture (Unique Selling Point). Certain individuals attend the movies only to view their favorite actors on the big screen. They are unconcerned with the plot.
Koratala Siva, the film’s director, developed an amazing screenplay that addressed all commercial concerns without allowing the stars to get in the way. Hearing Mahesh Babu read the voice-over for Acharya was fascinating. Following that, the film reverted to its normal structure of hero, love, song, and interval bang, which has become a cinematic mainstay. The plot resumes after a brief hiatus when Chiranjeevi returns to Dharmastali. The decision to uncover the ties between Siddha and Acharya was a wise one. The Koratala Siva trademark is visible here. This sequence is one of the best in the film, despite the fact that the routes taken by Siddha and Acharya are not identical.
Even though Ramcharan’s performance in RRR was amazing, we may be disappointed if we assume the same level of performance in Siddha. Additionally, Chiranjeevi is fantastic as Acharya. Demonstrated how cool and hip he is, as well as how nice he appears on television. Neelambari, played by Pooja Hegde, exists purely to serve as a possible love interest for Sidhha; she plays no other function. He is one of the most charismatic mass-market directors in Telugu cinema, which aided the rest of the ensemble. Acharya is in no manner a Koratala Siva film. He did an excellent job with the two actors, although the story could have been halved.
Acharya’s design is outstanding. Suresh Selvarajan, the film’s art director, is the film’s star. Cinematography and lighting were equally impressive in the universe he built, Dharmastali. The score of Bale Bale Banjara provided a superb counterpoint to Manisharma’s lacklustre works.
Acharya is also worth viewing for the performances of Chiranjeevi and Ramcharan.
